Our skilled technicians will be able to assist you with backing up and restoring data, reflashing original stock ROMs, flashing new custom ROMs and kernels, as well as diagnosing and repairing any issues you may be experiencing with your mobile device.
Remote Support
Many of our services can be done remotely without the technician ever having to physically come to you. Some issues that we can diagnose and repair include virus and spyware detection and removal, router administration, e-mail and program support, data backup, data destruction, as well as software installation. In order to allow a technician to remotely diagnose or repair any issue, you will need to download the trusted TeamViewer QuickSupport, which can be run on Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile devices.
Hardware installation
Any hardware components, such as graphics cards, RAM, hard drives, and DVD/BD drives that you have purchased can be installed, and configured if necessary, by one of our technicians. In addition, if any hardware needs to be purchased for you and then installed, we can do that too.
